SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed via mika.pk will be processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of order(s) and the customer will receive confirmation e-mail(s) as soon as the order(s) has/have been received. After the order(s) has/have been processed, the customer will receive notification(s) confirming order(s) completion and ready to ship status. When the order(s) has/have been shipped, the courier company will then provide further relevant information for your order(s). 

Delivery time for all orders after dispatch is 3-7 business days across Pakistan and 7-10 business days for international orders. Please note that mika.pk does not process deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays and the processing will continue as of the next working day. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, MIKA delivers to the following international locations:
 
Australia, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (USA).
 
If your destination is not listed, please email customer care at info@mika.pk for delivery charges for your location and for all other related information and queries. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Mika, we aim to provide our customers with fresh, unworn and brand new clothes and for this reason, we do not offer any exchanges. In regards to refunds, we do not offer a refund policy and all sales are final.

All products are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that they are of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. In the unlikely event that delivered products are different from placed order(s) or faulty, the customer(s) is/are required to immediately inform customer service by emailing info@mika.pk within 3 day of receipt of such order(s), otherwise the same cannot be processed or exchanged.
